Once decided about visiting our centre for Treatment, we would require the following details in order to make arrangements for airport pick up.
On arrival, you will be received by our representative and taken to our center or Hotel as per the treatment advice communicated via email / fax / telephone.
Note: Ambulance arrangements can also be made for patients requiring assistance.
Assistance in arranging accommodation at hotels or guesthouses in the vicinity, local travel and foreign currency exchange is provided by customer care
The Finance Manager or Insurance Coordinator can be contacted for information regarding cost of services at the Centre
The hospital offers cashless facility to patients who would like to avail medical services through insurance agencies. For further information the Insurance Coordinator can be contacted
Language interpreter service is made available on advance requests
As per the requirements of our patients, we arrange for food and beverages. Our dietary department shall arrange for food based on their nutritional assessment and taste preference.
The travels desk at our Centre can help arrange tour of Dubai City. There are a number of tourist spots in and around Dubai for visit.
